Well it was only a matter of time, not law, that States of California and Oregon would be corrected by the Court(s).  While miner's have been winning in courtrooms far more that before, the biggest win for Miners.

Please carefully review the following links and understand how the lower court has been assigned an impossible task to defend the State's standing.

Finally, a court has recognized the truth behind what we have been saying, Thanks Gold Patriot for the posting, also for the difficult job of keeping the spammers off of here. BigAl

BigAl, thanks for nice comments.  The biggest problem the mining community has, is ourselves and our inability to meld togethers as a powerfully lobby against the forces of evil.  Perhaps this case will be the linchpin that will fially bring miners together for a common and Constitutional good.
