For those wanting to see where Granted rights ARE taken away, and rightful mining law is ignored read the following letter that appears on the SWOMA site.

A Letter by Ron Gibson of SWOMA to Senator Gordon Smith Dated 2008.....it appears at the bottom of right side colume.

If the Mineral Estate Grant is as powerful as we all think, why is it being ignored today?

Then in talking with Woof Sect 35 of the 1872 Mining Law does not have merit.  But then of course the ammendments to the initial old acts have merit in district courts and the legislative powers continue to ammend and take away the Grant.   The statement "once given can't be taken away" appears to be failling.

Everything boils down to this one statement.  But the courts are not upholding the statement.  Even if "whats right is right" is being ignored by the courts and our Congress continues to ammend the mining laws and remove the power of the Grant, what does that say about our efforts to follow the "right of possession" and the Granted rights.  What does that say about the Mineral Estate Grant?

I feel like I have not read it immediately. It is something that I will remember it forever.

What is it with these one and two post accounts like opalzabver? They come up with totally irrelevant posting, and it looks like they translated it into English using a dictionary? Weird. Spam has to be involved somehow.
