Welcome to the American Mining Legal Forum



This site is dedicated to the education of all United States miners and claim owners, regardless of the sophistication of either, as it pertains to the matter of both State and Federal mining law.

This forum was created as a direct result of miners interest, be they GPAA members or not.

Although mining in the United States is older than the nation itself, over the decades, miner’s rights have been continually under political attack and assaulted by the Federal and State governments and of course, their left wing special interest groups.

At this late date, it is a sad fact that miners know more about the dirt or rocks they dig, than the laws which either protect their rights, or destroy them.  What is at stake is the heritage of mining, hard work, rewards and riches or the right to go flat broke trying to find the motherlode.  Nothing is more All American than that truth.

When the lust for the power to dictate over every conceivable matter in life by the government, overrides common sense and liberty, American miners must seek protection, safety, sanctuary and freedom found only in the laws of our lands and forefathers transcripts.

The primary area of this forum will be :


HOMEWORK
This forum will lay out the laws for each lesson, which each member needs to read, before entering the "Classroom". There will be no comments or other postings on this thread.

No Q & A's Will Be Allowed.


THE CLASSROOM
This forum is where the laws are explained and questions can be addressed.

Q & A's are allowed.


COURTS & CASE LAW
This forum will be used to review mining cases and the case law that was used, or could have been used during the trial.

Q & A's are allowed.


Mining Law Tidbits

Post anything pertaining too or may affect current Mining Laws
